摘 要:“课程思政”背景下,高校心理健康工作既要关注少数有心理问题的学生,也要关注学生的心理发展,更要面向全体学生,促进学生的全面发展。因此,高校心理健康教育工作需要全程贯穿大学四年,可以采取“三段推进、五步体验式”教育方法,进行差异性、发展性和积极性教育。第一阶段心理健康教育内容的重点应该放在大学生自我认知、适应能力、时间管理能力、学习能力等方面的培养。第二阶段心理健康教育内容的重点应该放在大学生人际冲突应对能力、恋爱问题应对能力和情绪调节能力等方面的培养。第三阶段心理健康教育内容的重点应该放在大学生应对挫折、缓解压力和减轻焦虑等能力的培养。Under the background of "curriculum ideology and politics", mental health education in colleges and universities should pay attention to not only the students with psychological problems, but also the psychological development of students, and need to promote the all-around development of all the students. Therefore, the mental health education in colleges and universities needs to be carried out throughout the students′ whole college life. Three steps can be taken to promote the work, and the "five step experience" education method can be used to carry out differential, developmental and positive education. The first stage of mental health education should focus on the cultivation of college students′ self-awareness, adaptability, time management ability, learning ability, etc. The second stage of mental health education should focus on the cultivation of college students′ interpersonal conflict coping ability, love problem coping ability and emotion regulation ability. The third stage of mental health education should focus on the cultivation of college students′ ability to cope with setbacks, relieve stress and anxiety.
