摘  要:轴箱轴承作为铁路车辆的关键部件之一,其运行状况对行车安全有着重要影响。非接触式的声学诊断比振动诊断更适用于轨旁监测。列车轴箱轴承产生的声信号是一种调幅调频信号,且受到较强的列车运行噪声干扰。对正线运行的列车轴承故障有用信号的提取技术是一大难点。对国内TADS两类技术中的短间距阵列追踪检测技术进行了研究,并基于声学阵列聚焦采集后的数据进行了小波包去噪,证明能有效增强故障冲击信号。As one of the key components of railway vehicles, axle box bearing has an important impact on operation safety.Non-contact acoustic diagnosis is more suitable for trackside monitoring than vibration diagnosis.The acoustic signal generated by the axle box bearing of the train is a kind of amplitude and frequency modulation signal, which is disturbed by strong train operation noise.It is difficult to extract the useful signal of the train bearing fault on the main line.The tracking and detection technology of TADS with a short spacing array is studied.Then the wavelet packet denoising is carried out based on the data collected by the acoustic array, which can effectively enhance the fault impact signal.
