摘  要:介绍了表面涂层技术对于模具质量与使用寿命的影响及作用,概述了热喷涂、CVD、PVD、电镀、化学镀以及激光熔覆等常用表面涂层技术在模具零件制造中的应用,从复合涂层与纳米涂层等方面对表面涂层新技术的发展方向作了展望,最后总结表面涂层技术对提高模具零件制造水平的重要意义及其拥有的广阔市场前景。The influence of surface coating technology on die and mould quality and service life was introduced,the application of common surface coating technologies such as thermal spraying,CVD,PVD,electroplating,electroless plating and laser cladding in die and mould parts manufacturing was summarized,and the development direction of new surface coating technology was prospected in terms of composite coating and nano coating.Finally,it was conclued that surface coating technology was of great significance to improve the level of die and mould parts manufacturing and had broad market prospects.
