摘  要:土壤中过量的硒会对土壤生物造成毒害效应,然而目前我国还未制定用于土壤生态系统健康保护的生态标准.本研究通过搜集土壤硒的毒理数据,并根据不同的效应终点对其进行筛选,分别推导对5%物种危害的浓度(Hazardous Concentration for 5%of species,HC_(5)).以20%效应浓度(20%Effect Concentration,EC_(20))、25%效应浓度(25%Effect Concentration,EC_(25))和最低观察效应浓度/水平(Lowest Observed Effect Concentration/Level,LOEC/LOEL)等为效应终点的毒理数据进行一级HC_(5)值的推导,以半数效应浓度(Half Effect Concentration,EC_(50))和半数致死效应浓度(Half Lethal Concentration,LC_(50))等为效应终点的毒理数据进行二级HC_(5)值的推导.物种敏感性分布(Species Sensitivity Distribution,SSDs)曲线由5种函数(Burr Ⅲ、Log-Logistic、Log-Normal、Weibull和Re-Weibull)对分级后的毒理数据分别拟合,并根据偏差信息准则值(Deviance Information Criterion,DIC)确定Burr Ⅲ函数具有最优拟合度.推导出的一级和二级HC_(5)值分别为0.079 mg·kg^(-1)和1.26 mg·kg^(-1).将安全系数和自然背景值考虑在内,得出土壤硒的一级和二级生态基准值分别为0.146 mg·kg^(-1)和0.385 mg·kg^(-1).本研究结果可为我国土壤硒的生态标准制定及其风险评估提供科学依据和支撑.Researches have shown that excessive selenium in soil led to toxic effects on soil organisms.However,there are currently no established ecological criteria for soil selenium to protect soil ecosystem health in China.In this study,the toxicological data of soil selenium were collected and screened by different effect endpoints to derive the corresponding hazardous concentration for 5%of species(HC_(5))respectively.The toxicological data with effect endpoint of 20%effect concentration(EC 20),25%effect concentration(EC_(25))and lowest observed effect concentration/level(LOEC/LOEL)were adopted to derive the HC_(5) value(levelⅠ),and that of half effect concentration(EC_(50))and half lethal concentration(LC_(50))were used to derive the HC_(5) value(levelⅡ).Species sensitivity distribution curves were fitted by five models(Burr Ⅲ,Log Logistic,Log Normal,Weibull and Re-Weibull)with the classified toxicological data,respectively.Burr Ⅲ function showed the best fitting degree by deviance information criterion(DIC)value.The derived HC_(5) values of levelⅠand levelⅡwere 0.079 mg·kg^(-1) and 1.26 mg·kg^(-1).Furthermore,considering the safety factor and natural background value of selenium,the levelⅠand levelⅡecological criteria of selenium in soil were 0.146 mg·kg^(-1) and 0.382 mg·kg^(-1),respectively.The results support the formulation of ecological criteria and risk assessment of soil selenium in China.
