摘 要:为弱化季冻区自然气象条件对隧道冻害的影响,基于流体力学基本原理和冷/热量累积理念,提出一种高效环保的新型导流明洞结构,并通过ANSYS-Fluent数值模拟验证导流明洞的防寒效果。研究结果表明:1)当寒冷气流方向与隧道横向夹角介于15°~75°,提出的导流明洞可显著降低进入隧道寒流的风速;2)当夹角不超过45°,导流明洞可基本隔绝外部冷空气的流入;3)当夹角超过45°,隔绝效果随着夹角的增大逐渐减弱,但始终明显优于传统明洞。本工程研究背景下,不设置导流明洞时,隧道负温区长度超过1000 m;设置导流明洞后,隧道负温区基本消失,防寒效果显著。A new structure of flow guide open tunnel is proposed to minimize the influence of natural meteorological conditions on the frost damage of tunnels in seasonal frozen areas.This structure is designed based on the basic principle of fluid mechanics and the concept of cold/heat accumulation,which is efficient and environmentally friendly.Moreover,the cold-proof effect of flow guide open tunnel is validated using ANSYS-Fluent numerical simulation.The results indicate the following:(1)When the angle between the cold air direction and the tunnel transverse direction ranges from 15°to 75°,the flow guide open tunnel can significantly reduce the velocity of cold flow entering the tunnel.(2)When the angle is less than 45°,the flow guide open tunnel can almost completely isolate the inflow of external cold air.(3)When the angle exceeds 45°,the insulation effect gradually weakens as the angle increases,but it still performs better than traditional tunnels.In the case study,it is found that without the flow guide open tunnel,the length of the tunnel with a temperature below 0°C is over 1000 m.However,after implementing the flow guide open tunnel,there is no area in the tunnel with a temperature below 0°C,indicating a significant cold-proof effect.
