摘  要:[目的]制备抗紫外性的缓释农药载体,以提高药物的抗紫外性能、稳定性和杀虫效果。[方法]采用大豆分离蛋白(SPI)、甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯(HEMA)和N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BIS)制备抗紫外线型缓释农药载体(SPI-β-HEMA),利用红外光谱和扫描电镜对其结构进行了表征,然后负载阿维菌素(Av)制备抗紫外性缓释剂(SPI-β-HEMA-Av),最后研究了载药率、包封率、抗紫外性能、缓释性能以及杀虫效果。[结果]SPI-β-HEMA对Av的载药率为73%,包封率为36%,对绣线菊蚜的防治效果15 d内从73.0%上升到89.3%。[结论]SPI-β-HEMA-Av具有较好的抗紫外性能、缓释性能和杀虫效果。[Aims]This study aims to prepare anti-UV and sustained-release pesticide carrier to improve the anti-UV properties,stability and insecticidal efficacy of pesticides.[Methods]The anti-UV and sustained-release carrier(SPI-β-HEMA)was prepared with soybean protein isolate(SPI),β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)and N,N'-methylenebiacrylamide(BIS).The structure of SPI-β-HEMA was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).And then SPI-β-HEMA-Av was prepared by SPI-β-HEMA loaded with abamectin(Av),and the drug-loading rate,entrapment rate,anti-UV and sustained-release performance and insecticidal efficacy of SPI-β-HEMA-Av were studied.[Results]The drug-loading rate and encapsulation efficiency of SPI-β-HEMA to abamectin were 73%and 36%.The control efficiency of SPI-β-HEMA-Av against Aphis citricola was increased from 73.0%to 89.3%within 15 d.[Conclusions]SPI-β-HEMA-Av has better anti-UV properties,sustained-release performance and insecticidal efficacy than abamectin.
