摘  要:[目的]探究咪唑乙烟酸的毒性作用和抗氧化损伤效应。[方法]研究咪唑乙烟酸对酵母菌细胞生长、死亡率、细胞截面积、细胞膜通透性、SOD活性和T-AOC的影响。[结果]咪唑乙烟酸可显著抑制酵母菌细胞生长,且质量浓度越高,抑制效果越显著;细胞死亡率随着药物质量浓度的增加、作用时间的延长而升高;细胞截面积在0~0.6 g/L质量浓度时呈减小趋势,0.8 g/L质量浓度时,细胞截面积略微增大;细胞膜通透性随着药物质量浓度的增加、作用时间的延长而增大,导致胞外DNA和蛋白质含量增加;细胞SOD活性在0~0.6 g/L质量浓度时呈上升趋势,0.8 g/L质量浓度时,SOD活性略微下降;细胞T-AOC随着药物质量浓度的增加、作用时间的延长而上升,其中药物处理12 h组较处理24 h组上升趋势显著。[结论]咪唑乙烟酸可显著抑制酵母菌细胞生长,改变细胞内的SOD活性和T-AOC,对酵母菌具有一定的细胞毒性作用,引发细胞死亡。[Aims]This study aims to explore the toxic effect and anti-oxidative damage effect of imazethapyr.[Methods]The effects of imazethapyr on cell growth,mortality,cell profile area,cell membrane permeability,SOD activity and T-AOC of yeast cells were studied.[Results]It showed that imazethapyr could significantly inhibit the growth of yeast cells,and the inhibitory effect was more significant with the increase of concentration;the cell mortality increased with the increase of concentration and action time;the cell profile area decreased at the concentration of0-0.6 g/L,and increased slightly at the concentration of 0.8 g/L;the membrane permeability increased with the increase of concentration and action time,resulting in the increase of extracellular DNA and protein content;the SOD activity increased at the concentration of 0-0.6 g/L and decreased slightly at the concentration of 0.8 g/L;the T-AOC of cells increased with the increase of concentration and action time,and the increasing trend of treatment of 12 h group was significantly higher than that of treatment of 24 h group.[Conclusions]Imazethapyr could significantly inhibit the growth of yeast cells,change the SOD activity and T-AOC,have a certain cytotoxic effect on yeast,and finally induce cell death.
