摘 要:针对当前矿用铅酸蓄电池机车在安全、环保、寿命等方面存在的问题,结合大容量新能源蓄电池技术,从电机车内部结构层层优化改进,形成系统化设计,研制了一种大容量、环保型矿用蓄电池机车。工业性试验表明:设备性能稳定、安全可靠,具有充电快捷节能、续航里程长、循环寿命长、免维护、无污染等优点,为矿山长距离运输提供一种新技术途径。Aiming at the problems existing in safety,environmental protection and service life of the current lead-acid battery locomotive for mining,combined with the large-capacity new energy battery technology,the internal structure of the locomotive was optimized and improved layer by layer,formed a systematic design,and developed a large capacity and environment protection lead-acid battery locomotive for mining.The industrial test shows that the equipment has the advantages of stable performance,safety and reliability,fast charging and energy saving,long endurance,long cycle life,free of maintenance,no pollution and so on.It provides a new technical way for long distance transportation of mines.
