摘  要:针对厚煤层综放工作面智能化控制系统整体协调运行适应能力差问题,结合综放工作面生产工艺将智能化控制子系统进行融合,设计了一套综放工作面智能化协同控制方案,分析阐述了综放工作面各智能化子系统的构成、功能及不同设备之间的协同关系。在布尔台煤矿42204综放工作面进行应用,结果表明,该方案能够实现工作面各设备及生产工序的智能化协同作业,极大提高设备故障诊断效率,实现工作面高效开采,为类似条件下综放工作面智能化开采技术应用提供了技术思路,具有较高的推广应用价值。Aiming at the problem that the intelligent control system of the thick coal seam fully mechanized caving face has poor adaptability in overall coordination and operation,a set of intelligent cooperative control scheme of the fully mechanized caving face was designed by the fusion of intelligent control subsystem combining with the production process of the fully mechanized caving face.The composition,function and coordination relationship between different equipment of each intelligent subsystem of the fully mechanized caving face were analyzed and elaborated.Through the application in 42204 fully mechanized caving face of Bultai coal mine,the results show that the scheme can realize the intelligent cooperative operation of various equipment and production processes in the working face,greatly improve the efficiency of equipment fault diagnosis,and realize the efficient mining of the working face,which provides a technical idea for the application of intelligent mining technology in the fully mechanized caving face under similar conditions,and has high promotion and application value.
