摘　　要：以某掘进机回转台疲劳试验为例,结合Ncode GlyphWorks软件载荷谱处理技术和CAE应力敏感度仿真及虚拟疲劳试验台架技术,实现掘进机回转台疲劳试验台架结构设计和试验加速因子的拟合的双闭环应用,从而形成低成本、高效、实用的掘进机回转台疲劳台架试验方案开发流程,在掘进机回转台结构设计过程和售后故障策略中起到关键的作用。Taking a roadheader rotary table fatigue test as an example,combined with Ncode GlyphWorks software load spectrum processing technology and CAE stress sensitivity simulation and virtual fatigue test bench technology,a double closed-loop application of roadheader rotary table fatigue test bench structure design and test acceleration factor fitting was realized.So a low-cost,efficient and practical development process of roadheader rotary table fatigue bench test method was formed.It plays a key role in the process of structural design and development of roadheader table and after-sales fault strategy.
