摘 要:针对乳化液配液系统存在的配液精度低、适应性差、智能化水平低的问题,对乳化液智能配液系统进行了研究。提出基于乳化液体积与基于乳化液浓度的2种配液方案以及2种配液方案的自动切换设计,实现配液方案的冗余性和自适应性。试验结果表明,设计的体积配比法的配液精度优于浓度配比法,但2种配液方案均满足设计要求。提高了乳化液配液系统的智能化水平,有助于提升井下液压设备的作业安全系数和效率。In view of the problems of low precision,poor adaptability and low intelligence of emulsion dispensing system,the emulsion intelligent dispensing system was studied.Two solutions based on emulsion volume and concentration and automatic switch design were proposed to realize the redundancy and adaptability of the solution.The test results show that the precision of the volume matching method is better than that of the concentration matching method,but the two solutions meet the design requirements.The intelligent level of emulsion dispensing system is improved,which is helpful to improve the operating safety factor and efficiency of underground hydraulic equipment.
