摘　　要：针对国内专业生产厂家设计生产的刮板转载机机型多、关键零部件(易损件)互换性差的问题,通过多年的技术沉淀,创新设计机头架与机尾架结构实现了链轮组件、分链器与刮板链关键零部件在SZZ730型与SZZ764型刮板转载机上的互换。降低了生产单位与用户的生产管理成本,提高了设备的适用性,为煤矿高产高效生产创造了条件。In view of the problems of many types of scraper transfer machines designed and produced by domestic professional manufacturers and poor interchangeability of key parts(vulnerable parts),through years of technical precipitation,innovatively designed the structure of head frame and tail frame to realize the interchangeability of sprocket components,chain splitter and key parts of scraper chain on SZZ730 and SZZ764 scraper transfer machines.It reduces the production management cost of production units and users,improves the applicability of equipment,and creates conditions for high-yield and efficient production of coal mines.
