摘 要:短壁机械化开采中配套使用的双电机驱动防爆运煤车具有零排放、噪声小、能耗低的优点。介绍了该运煤车的双电机驱动及转向结构。由于此运煤车没有机械式差速器,使用时轮胎磨损严重。根据双电机驱动运煤车的结构和工作原理,设计了电子差速控制系统,建立了仿真模型,分析了直行工况和转向工况下两侧轮胎的转速、转速比、滑转率及整车的转弯半径。将搭载电子差速控制系统的运煤车实际应用到某矿,提高了轮胎使用寿命。The dual motor driven explosion-proof coal truck used in short wall mechanized mining has the advantages of zero emission,low noise and low energy consumption.The dual motor drive and steering structure of the coal truck were introduced.Because the coal truck has no mechanical differential,the tire wear is intense.According to the structure and working principle of the dual motor driven coal truck,the electronic differential control system was designed and the simulation model was established.The rotational speed,rotational speed ratio,slip rate and turning radius of the whole vehicle of the tires on both sides under the straight driving condition and steering condition were analyzed.The coal truck equipped with electronic differential control system was actually applied to a mine to improve the service life of the tires.
