摘　　要：提出一种基于模拟室内地采暖环境下对木质地板导热效能的检测方法,将1 m3气候箱作为环境模拟舱的基础设备,通过制冷、换气系统调节1 m3气候箱箱内温度。箱内温度、湿度、换气率均可进行调节并保持恒定,模拟地热条件的加热平台安装至环境模拟舱内底部,进而达到模拟地采暖环境的目的。将待测木质地板正面朝上放置在气候箱内的加热平台上,通过模拟室内环境温度、湿度对木质地板的导热效能进行测试,依据此方法获得的导热效能测试结果更接近自然使用环境。A detection method based on the thermal conductivity of the wood floor under the simulated indoor heating environment is proposed.The 1 m3 climate box is used as the basic equipment of the environmental simulation chamber,and the temperature of the 1 m3 climate box is adjusted through the cooling and ventilation system.The temperature,humidity and air exchange rate in the box can be adjusted and kept constant.The heating platform simulating the geothermal conditions is installed at the bottom of the environmental simulation chamber,so as to achieve the purpose of simulating the ground heating environment.The wooden floor to be tested is placed face up on the heating platform in the climate box,and the thermal conductivity of the wooden floor is tested by simulating the indoor environmental temperature and humidity.The thermal conductivity test results obtained according to this method are closer to the natural use environment.
