摘　　要：数据库设计、建立、管理与维护等均应符合相关规范要求,在技术指标、标准体系、库体结构等方面应具有系统性、整体性。同时还应有严格的安全保密措施,确保数据库的建设、运行等过程正常、安全。数据库建设是一项需要循序渐进、逐步完善、长期持续开展的工作,不能一蹴而就。The design,establishment,management and maintenance of database should meet the requirements of relevant specifications,and should be systematic and integrated in terms of technical indicators,standard system,database structure,etc.At the same time,strict security measures should be taken to ensure the normal and safe process of database construction and operation.Database construction is a work that needs to be improved step by step and carried out for a long time.
