摘 要:随着计算机技术的迅速发展,有限元法被应用于众多工程类问题的非破坏性模拟测试。为提高家具产品研发效率,减少破坏性试验,以3种实木椅座框架结构为研究对象,通过试验法测定了框架材料桦木的部分力学性能参数,同时运用ABAQUS软件对材料强度及静载荷与冲击载荷下3种实木椅座框架结构的应力值进行分析比较。结果表明:ABAQUS软件应用于实木椅框架结构受力分析可行;在恒定载荷1600 N情况下,3种实木椅框架结构中模型3的应力值最小,为最佳静力学结构;在相同冲击力下,模型2整体受到的应力最小,动力学结构最佳。该研究为家具企业产品设计及实现成本节约提供参考。With the rapid development of computer technology,finite element method has been applied to the non-destructive simulation test of many engineering problems.In order to improve the research and development efficiency of furniture products and reduce destructive tests,three kinds of solid wood seat frame structures were taken as the research objects,and some mechanical properties parameters of the frame material birch were measured by the test method.At the same time,the ABAQUS software was used to analyze and compare the material strength and the stress values of the three solid wood seat frame structures under static load and impact load.The results showed that it is feasible to apply ABAQUS software to the stress analysis of solid wooden chair frame structure.Under the constant load of 1600 N,model 3 has the lowest stress value and is the best statics structure.Under the same impact force,model 2 has the lowest overall stress and the best dynamic structure.This study provides reference for product design and cost saving of furniture enterprises.
