摘  要:针对普通高校大型仪器设备共享管理的现状,在重庆7所普通高校大型仪器设备共享管理人员中展开了激励因素问卷调查分析,提出大型仪器设备共享管理柔性激励机制。基于共享激励主体和客体的实际需求,从打造设备共享管理文化氛围,提供多元化职业发展道路和建立考核评估体系三个方面,构建柔性激励机制策略体系,从而使激励主体与客体之间形成相互作用、相互制约的关系,以达到提高设备共享率的目的。According to the situation of sharing platform for large instruments and equipment in colleges and universities.Conducted a questionnaire survey about motivators which sharing management personnel of large instruments and equipment in seven universities in Chongqing.The flexible motivational mechanism of sharing platform for large instruments and equipment is proposed.Based on the actual needs of the subject and object of sharing incentive,this paper expounds the flexible motivational mechanism strategy system from three aspects:creating the sharing cultural atmosphere,providing diversified career development path and establishing the assessment and evaluation system.So as to achieve the purpose of improving equipment sharing rate,the relationship of interaction and mutual restriction between incentive subject and object is formed.
