摘　　要：在“新医科”背景下,观察骨科实验室在骨外科发展和临床与实验教学中应用效果,探讨骨科实验室设置的必要性和可行性。通过设立骨科实验室,包含数字化实验区、材料实验区、基础实验区、生物力学实验区和精密仪器实验区等功能单元,为骨外科学科发展和临床与实验教学提供实验场所。骨科实验室的设立有助于本科生和研究生更好地理解和掌握骨外科各种临床疾病形态,培养其基础实验能力和逻辑思维能力,以更好地解决骨外科临床手术中遇到的各种问题并推动学科发展。骨科实验室对于骨外科学科未来发展至关重要,在骨外科临床与实验教学中效果显著,为符合“新医科”发展要求,培养复合型骨外科人才助力,值得医院骨外科教学应用和推广。To observe the effect of orthopedic laboratory in the development and clinical and experimental teaching of orthopedic surgery,and to discuss the necessity and feasibility of setting up orthopedic laboratory under the background of“new medical science”.A special orthopedic laboratory for orthopedic surgery was set up,including digital experimental area,material experimental area,basic experimental area,biomechanical experimental area and precision instrument experimental area.The establishment of orthopaedic laboratory was helpful for undergraduates and postgraduates to better understand and master various clinical disease forms of orthopaedic surgery,cultivate their basic experimental ability and logical thinking ability,and better solve various problems encountered in clinical surgery and promote the development of the discipline.Orthopaedic laboratory is of great importance to the future development of orthopaedic surgery.It has a significant effect on clinical and experimental teaching of orthopaedic surgery,and is helpful to training complex orthopedic surgeons who will meet the need of“new medical science”.Notably,it is worthy of application and promotion in the teaching of orthopaedic surgery in hospitals.
