摘　　要：基底细胞癌(Basalcellcarcinoma,BCC)是来源于基底细胞层或皮肤附属器组织的低度恶性肿瘤,紫外线(UV)是最关键的环境原因,BCC临床表现以及病理表现多种多样,皮肤活检在确诊以及评估BCC复发方面至关重要。治疗方案的选择主要依据肿瘤大小、部位、病理类型、原发或复发、浸润程度以及患者自身状况所决定,手术切除为目前最主要的治疗手段,除此之外,非手术治疗包含光动力、药物、放疗、电灼术、冷冻、激光及局部注射治疗也是较常用的方法,本文对基底细胞癌诊断以及相关治疗方面的进展进行综述。Basal cell carcinoma(BCC)is a low-grade malignant tumor originating from the basal cell layer or skin appendage tissue.Exposure to ultraviolet(UV)in the sun is the most critical environmental cause.The clinical and pathological manifestations of BCC are diverse.Therefore,skin biopsy is very important in diagnosing BCC and assessing the risk of recurrence.The choice of treatment plan is mainly determined by the pathological type,size,location,primary or recurrence,degree of invasion and the patient’s own condition.Surgical resection is the most important treatment at present.In addition,non-surgical treatment including photodynamic,drug,radiotherapy,electrocautery,freezing,laser and local injection are also commonly used.This review will discuss the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of basal cell carcinoma.
