摘 要:高职院校开展现代学徒制试点是深化校企合作、提升人才培养质量的有效途径和重要举措。当前,智能制造产业结构升级速度加快,面临高质量、高素质劳动力短缺的结构性矛盾。智能制造专业群应依托校企深度合作,借鉴德国“双元制”实施经验,采用新型校内现代学徒制“互融共生”式实训基地建设运行模式。以企业真实产品的加工、生产为载体,在工学交替、课程资源建设、师资队伍培养等方面进行重点建设,培养智能制造高素质复合型技术技能人才。The pilot of the modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational colleges is an effective way and important measure to deepen the cooperation between school and enterprise and improve the quality of talent training. Currently, along with the accelerating intelligent manufacturing industry structure upgrading, it confronts the structural contradiction of high-quality labor shortage. Relying on the profound cooperation between schools and enterprises, the intelligent manufacturing professional group draws on the implementation experience of dual system in Germany, and adopts the new-type modern apprenticeship “mutual integration and symbiosis” training base construction and operation mode in schools. Moreover, taking the processing and production of real products of enterprises as the carrier, the group focuses on the setting of work-study alternation, the construction of curriculum resources, and the training of teachers, so as to cultivate high-quality composite technical and skilled talents for intelligent manufacturing.
