项目视角下虚拟组织连续合作模式研究

摘　　要：以生物科技产业领先者Biogen Idec公司为研究案例,基于项目视角分析其在虚拟组织构建过程中所实践的多层级分工合作、寻求潜在合作项目、项目后期支持性合作等连续合作模式。研究发现,连续合作模式是在项目预判基础上对企业经营理念创新和维持市场稳态的再探索,有助于企业文化建设和未来前景规划,通过主动获取项目资源明晰市场需求方向;但需考虑项目细分限度及企业对项目分解后的整合能力,避免片面扩展合作领域。进一步,讨论了该模式现阶段的适用性及对我国企业构建虚拟组织的借鉴意义。The paper selects Biogen Idec Corporation,which is a biotechnology industry leader,as the case,and analyzes the practice in the process of continuous cooperation model,e.g.multi-level cooperation,seeking for potential cooperation projects,and later period projects supporting cooperation in building a virtual organization division area from the perspective of projects.Our research conclusions indicate that continuous cooperation model is the re-exploration to innovation of companies′business philosophy base on project anticipation and maintaining steady state of market.It helps companies′culture construction and future planning,and then determines the direction of market demand via active access to project resources.However,it should consider both project segmentation limit and companies′integrated capability of project decomposition.It should avoid one-sided expansion of areas of cooperation.Further,we discuss the current applicability of such model and implications for the construction virtual organization to Chinese companies.
