摘 要:楼面活荷载的合理取值是立式多层工业建筑推广过程中需要解决的重要基础理论问题之一。在简要总结我国结构工程设计所遵循的以概率理论为基础、以分项系数表达的极限状态设计方法的基础上,分析立式工业建筑的荷载环境,并对立式工业建筑楼面活荷载的取值方法进行研究。梳理国内外现行荷载规范相关取值方法,调研我国部分具有代表性的多层工业厂房在设计时的荷载取值,并针对实际运用中所发现的具体问题提出了改进建议。通过与国外相关规范进行对比研究,建议进一步简化我国工业建筑楼面活荷载特征值的分类和分区,对于标准化工业园区的重工业厂房,楼面活荷载标准值建议取值约为12 kN/m^(2),轻工业厂房为4~6 kN/m^(2)。对于造纸、化工及钢铁冶炼等大型工业厂房,则按其工艺流程进行荷载取值。针对新型立式工业建筑所涉及的物流与冲击荷载亟待深入研究,对利用基于网络平台的建筑信息学模型(BIM)需深入开展荷载信息收集与管理。One of the essential theoretical issues is the determination of the reasonable values of live loads on the floor for the design of multistory industrial buildings. Based on a summary of the limit state design method, which was based on probability theory and expressed by partial coefficients, the loading situations of multistory industrial buildings were analyzed. The methods of value selection in current codes were summarized. Based on the analysis of the characteristic live loads used in the design of some typical multistory industrial buildings, some suggestions for improvement were given. Through comparative study on relevant foreign codes, it is suggested to simplify the classification and partition of floor live loads for industrial buildings. The corresponding reference characteristic values are estimated as 12 kN/m^(2) for heavy industry buildings and 4-6 kN/m^(2) for light industry buildings. The live loads corresponding to industrial buildings for special applications such as the paper industry, the chemical industry or the steel manufacturing industry need to be determined according to their production process. The logistics and impact loads involved in many new multistory industrial buildings need to be studied in depth. Based on the platform of building information modeling(BIM), the load information collection and management needs to carry out in-depth.
