摘　　要：临床药物治疗学是临床药学、药学、医学专业人才培养环节中的核心课程,对医院药学复合型人才的培养具有重要的指导意义。文章通过分析临床药物治疗学课程对高校与医院药学发展的重要性、教学现状及改革必要性,探讨了以OBE理念为导向的临床药物治疗学教学改革思路,主要围绕多模式教学方法、创新型教师队伍、多基地实践培训及多途径评价体系进行的教学改革。这有助于推进课程教学改革,提高学科教师教学水平和学生药事服务能力。Clinical pharmacotherapeutics is a core course in the programs of clinical pharmacy, pharmacy and medical science, and is of much significance for the training of interdisciplinary talents of pharmacy in hospitals. The article stressed the importance of this course for the development of pharmacy in colleges and hospitals, analyzed the status quo of teaching, and pointed out the necessity of reform. This paper also discussed OBE-oriented teaching reform in the course of clinical pharmacotherapeutics, which was performed in the aspects of diverse teaching methods, innovative teacher teams, multi-base practice training and multi-approach evaluation system, which can help to promote the teaching reform, improve the teaching quality, and cultivate medicine service ability in students.
