摘  要:目的观察2种纳米二氧化钛溶胶(TiO_(2))(0.21%纳米TiO_(2)溶胶+Ag^(+),0.57%纳米TiO_(2)溶胶)对细菌繁殖体的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验检测0.21%纳米TiO_(2)溶胶+Ag^(+)、0.57%纳米TiO_(2)溶胶、0.57%TiO_(2)P_(25)悬浊液3种消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭效果;采用模拟现场消毒试验方法检测0.57%纳米TiO_(2)溶胶对物体表面的消毒效果。结果0.21%纳米TiO_(2)溶胶+Ag^(+)对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌分别作用5、3和1 min的平均杀灭对数值均>5.00;0.57%纳米TiO_(2)溶胶对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌分别作用1.5、1和0.5 min的平均杀灭对数值均>5.00,其对塑料制品以及不锈钢表面细菌作用30 min,杀灭对数值均>3.00;0.57%TiO_(2)P_(25)悬浊液对3种受试菌作用1.5 min的杀灭对数值均未达到5.00。结论纳米TiO_(2)溶胶具有良好的杀菌效果,对不同细菌繁殖体均可以达到消毒合格,对物体表面污染细菌也具有良好的消毒效果。Objective To observe the killing effect of two kinds of nano titanium dioxide sol(0.21%nano titanium dioxide sol+Ag^(+),0.57%nano titanium dioxide sol)on bacterial propagators.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to detect the germicidal efficacy of 0.21%nano titanium dioxide sol+Ag^(+),0.57%nano titanium dioxide sol and 0.57%TiO_(2)P_(25)suspension against Staphylococcus aureus,E.coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and the simulated field disinfection test method was used to detect the disinfection effect of 0.57%nano titanium dioxide sol against bacteria on the surface of objects.Results The average killing logarithms of 0.21%nano titanium dioxide sol+Ag^(+)for 5 min against Staphylococcus aureus,3 min against E.coli and 1 min against Pseudomonas aeruginosa were all>5.00.The average killing logarithms of 0.57%nano titanium dioxide sol for 1.5 min against Staphylococcus aureus,1 min against E.coli and 0.5 min against Pseudomonas aeruginosa were all>5.00.And for 30 min against the bacteria on the surface of plastic products and stainless steel,the killing logarithms were all>3.00.The 0.57%TiO_(2)P_(25)control suspension for 1.5 min did not make the average killing logarithm of the three kinds of tested bacteria reach 5.00.Conclusion Nano titanium dioxide sol has good germicidal efficacy,which can reach the disinfection standard for different bacterial propagators,and also has a good disinfection effect on the contaminated bacteria on the surface of the object.
