摘 要:肝脏是人体重要的解毒器官,易受到有害物质损伤而演变为各种类型的肝脏疾病,严重危害人类健康,防治肝病备受关注。与传统化学药物治疗肝病相比,天然来源的护肝活性物具有安全、高效且副作用低等优点,已被广泛应用于肝病的防治,开发具有多途径、多靶点护肝作用的天然活性物是防治肝病的重要保障。鞣花酸(Ellagic acid,EA)是自然界中天然的多酚物质,具有良好的抗氧化、抗炎等生物活性,尤其在护肝活性方面展示出了极大的潜力,受到国内外学者广泛深入的研究;然而,EA护肝作用的研究工作尚缺少归纳总结。因此,本文旨在综述EA护肝作用及其分子机制研究进展,为其今后在防控肝脏疾病方面的研究与应用提供理论依据。As an essential organ in human body,liver’s detoxing function also makes it vulnerable to toxins,which lead to various liver diseases. Protecting liver from damage has gained a great attention since liver diseases threat human health severely. Compared with traditional chemical drugs,natural hepatoprotective products have the advantages of safety,high efficiency and low side effects,and has been widely used in the prevention and treatment of liver diseases. Developing natural hepatoprotective products with multi-pathways and multi-targets is critical on the prevention and treatment of liver diseases. Ellagic acid(EA)shows a great potential in liver protection because of its extensive biological activities,such as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Therefore,investigation of the hepatoprotective effect of EA has become a hotspot at home and abroad. However,the related research progress on EA has not been systematically summarized. This paper reviewed the research progress on hepatoprotective activity and mechanism of EA in order to provide theoretical bases for further research and application of EA in treating liver diseases.
