摘  要:目的:探讨基于微信平台的案例浸润式教学法在泌尿外科学中的应用效果。方法:将长治医学院临床医学专业90名学生,按班级分为实验组与对照组,各45人。实验组采用基于微信平台的案例浸润式教学法,对照组采用传统的教学模式。教学结束后对比2组的考试成绩和对教学方式的满意度。结果:实验组的基础知识成绩、综合知识成绩、病案分析成绩、总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组在教学总体评价、提高学习兴趣、自主学习能力与创新精神、分析和解决问题的能力、对知识的理解和记忆能力、临床实践能力等方面的评价均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在泌尿外科学教学中采用基于微信平台的案例浸润式教学法,可提高学生满意度,教学效果明显。Objective:To explore the application effect of case infiltration teaching method based on Wechat platform in urology teaching.Methods:90 students majoring in clinical medicine in Changzhi Medical College were divided into experimental group and control group with 45 students in each class.The experimental group adopted the case infiltration teaching method based on Wechat platform,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.After the teaching,two groups were compared in terms of their test scores and their satisfaction with the teaching methods.Results:The scores of basic knowledge,comprehensive knowledge,medical record analysis and total score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group was superior to the control group in overall teaching evaluation,improvement of learning interest,independent learning ability and innovative spirit,ability to analyze and solve problems,ability to understand knowledge and memory,clinical practice ability and other aspects(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case infiltration teaching method based on Wechat platform can obviously improve the teaching effect in urological surgery teaching and it is worth promoting.
