复方地龙胶囊联合抗血栓药物治疗气虚血瘀型颈动脉狭窄的疗效

摘　　要：目的对比复方地龙胶囊联合抗血栓药物和单独服用抗血栓药物治疗气虚血瘀型颈动脉狭窄的有效性。方法本研究采用非盲、非随机、平行、对照的研究方法,入选气虚血瘀型颈动脉狭窄的患者,服用研究药品(复方地龙胶囊与阿司匹林或氯吡格雷联用)或对照药品(阿司匹林或氯吡格雷),以治疗6个月时颈动脉超声检查、经颅多普勒检查、血生化检查、凝血检查、中医气虚血瘀评分结果较基线时的变化为指标,采用多元回归进行分析。结果观察终点时,颅多普勒检查狭窄血管血流流速较基线的变化值,研究药品组比对照组降低9.62 cm/s(P=0.021),有统计学差异。其他指标均无统计学差异。结论复方地龙胶囊联合联合抗血栓药物在降低颅内段狭窄血管血流流速上较单独服用抗血栓药有优势,对颅外段血管、血生化及凝血指标的改善未见明显优势。Objective To compare the efficacy of compound earthworm capsule combined with antithrom⁃botic drugs and antithrombotic drugs alone in the treatment of carotid stenosis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A non blind,non randomized,parallel and controlled study was conducted in this study.The pa⁃tients with carotid artery stenosis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were selected and treated with the study drug(compound earthworm capsule combined with aspirin or clopidogrel)or the control drug(aspirin or clopido⁃grel)for carotid artery ultrasound,transcranial Doppler,blood biochemical examination,blood coagulation examina⁃tion The changes of TCM Qi deficiency and blood stasis score compared with the baseline were taken as indica⁃tors,and were analyzed by multiple regression.Results At the end point of observation,the blood flow velocity of stenotic vessels in the study drug group was 9.62cm/s lower than that in the control group(P=0.021)with statisti⁃cal differences.There was no statistical difference in other indicators.Conclusion Compound Dilong capsule combined with antithrombotic drugs has advantages in reducing the blood flow velocity of intracranial stenosis ves⁃sels compared with antithrombotic drugs alone,and has no obvious advantages in improving extracranial vessels,blood biochemistry and coagulation indexes.
