摘  要:目的探讨深层肌肉刺激联合脑反射治疗仪对帕金森病患者平衡功能、吞咽功能的影响。方法以2018-05—2021-05中国人民解放军陆军第七十一集团军医院收治的150例帕金森患者为研究对象,观察组、对照组各75例。对照组以脑反射治疗仪治疗,观察组增加深层肌肉刺激治疗。评估对比2组患者的临床疗效、平衡功能评分、吞咽功能评分、脑损伤标志物、治疗安全性。结果观察组总有效率为90.67%(68/75),高于对照组的76.00%(57/75)(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能(F-M)评分均高于对照组(49.22±4.97、85.87±7.97 vs 45.47±4.76、79.84±8.21,P<0.05),而计时“起立-行走”测试(TUGT)测试结果低于对照组(32.85±3.24 vs 37.43±3.76,P<0.05)。观察组洼田饮水试验(KWST)、标准吞咽功能评估量表(SSA)、进食评估问卷调查工具量表-10(EAT-10)评分均低于对照组(1.22±0.32、22.47±3.86、12.96±2.65 vs 1.87±0.42、27.32±4.1、15.91±2.94,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、细胞间黏附因子-1(ICAM-1)、β-肌动蛋白(β-actin)水平均低于对照组(31.09±3.52、112.73±13.86、9.96±2.34 vs 36.11±3.71、124.90±14.2、12.43±3.21,P<0.05)。观察组、对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为13.33%(10/75)、9.33%(7/75),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论深层肌肉刺激联合脑反射治疗仪对帕金森病患者有良好效果,可改善患者平衡功能、吞咽功能,治疗安全性良好。Objective To study the effect of deep muscle stimulation combined with brain reflex therapeu⁃tic instrument on balance function and swallowing function in patients with Parkinson’s disease.Methods Totaly 150 patients with Parkinson’s disease treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by brain reflex therapeutic instrument,and the observation group was intervened by deep muscle stimulation combined with brain reflex therapeutic instrument.The clinical efficacy,balance function score,swallowing function score,brain injury markers and treatment safety were comprehensively evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.67%(68/75),which was higher than 76.00%(57/75)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Berg balance scale(BBS)and Fugl-Meyer motor function(F-M)scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(49.22±4.97,85.87±7.97 vs 45.47±4.76,79.84±8.21,P<0.05),while the timing“stand up walk”test(TUGT)results were lower than those in the control group(32.85±3.24 vs 37.43±3.76,P<0.05).The scores of Watian Drinking Water Test(KWST),Standard Swallowing Function Assess⁃ment Scale(SSA)and Eating Assessment Questionnaire Scale-10(EAT-10)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(1.22±0.32,22.47±3.86,12.96±2.65 vs 1.87±0.42,27.32±4.1,15.91±2.94,P<0.05).After treatment,glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),intercellular adhesion factor-1(ICAM-1)β-Actin β-The level of actin was lower than that of the control group(31.09±3.52,112.73±13.86,9.96±2.34 vs 36.11±3.71,124.90±14.2,12.43±3.21,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 13.33%(10/75)and 9.33%(7/75)respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Deep muscle stimulation combined with brain reflex therapeutic instrument has significant therapeutic effect on pa
