摘　　要：帕金森病是一种进行性神经退行性疾病,其病理生理特征是黑质多巴胺能神经元的减少。目前,临床上主要以多巴胺替代治疗为主,唑尼沙胺作为一种抗癫痫药物,意外发现可以改善帕金森病患者临床症状。本文对唑尼沙胺的药代动力学、作用机制及帕金森病临床疗效等方面进行综述。Parkinson’s disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disease characterized by the decrease of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra.At present,dopamine replacement therapy is mainly used in clinic,Zonisamide,as an antiepileptic drug can accidentally improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Parkinson’s disease.This article reviews the pharmacokinetics,mechanism of action and clinical efficacy of zonisamide in Par⁃kinson’s disease.
