IKAP模式下的健康教育对血液净化患者血管通路建立后遵医行为、生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨IKAP模式下的健康教育对建立血管通路进行血液净化患者遵医行为、生活质量的影响。方法以2021年10月至2022年10月于我院进行血液净化治疗的92例患者为研究对象,所有患者均建立血管通路,将其按照随机数字表法分为研究组与常规组,各46例。为常规组提供常规健康教育,研究组在常规组基础上进行IKAP模式下的健康教育。教育后,比较两组的心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)评分,观察其遵医嘱行为,同时对比其世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分,统计其对健康教育的满意评价。结果教育后,研究组CD-RISC评分高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组保护血管通路、按时治疗、定期监测血压3项遵医嘱行为评分较常规组高(P<0.05);研究组WHOQOL-BREF评分高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组对健康教育的满意度较常规组高(P<0.05)。结论为血液净化患者开展IKAP模式下的健康教育可提高其心理韧性,并改善其血管通路建立后的遵医嘱行为,对生活质量的提升有积极意义,且满意评价较高。Objective To explore the influence of health education under IKAP mode on the establishment of vascular access for blood purification patients.Methods A total of 92 patients who received blood purification treatment in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects.All patients were given vascular access and were divided into study group and conventional group according to random number table method,with 46 patients in each group.The conventional group was provided with routine health education,and the research group received IKAP mode of health education on the basis of the conventional group.The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)scores of the two groups were compared after education,and the doctor's advice compliance behavior was observed.Meanwhile,the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale(WHOQOL-BREF)scores were compared to evaluate the satisfaction of the two groups'education.Results After education,the CDRISC score was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).The study group was higher than the conventional group in respect of vascular access protection,timely treatment and blood pressure detection(P<0.05).The WHOQOL-BREF score of the study group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of health education in the study groupwas higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education in IKAP mode can improve the Mental toughness of patients with blood purification after the establishment of vascular access,and improve their physician's advice behavior,which has positive significance for the improvement of life quality,and the satisfaction evaluation is high.
