摘 要:微血管侵犯(MVI)是原发性肝癌(HCC)术后复发风险和预后的最重要预测指标之一,是评估HCC术后复发风险和指导治疗决策的重要参考依据。通过优化MVI阳性HCC的根治性外科手术方式和肝切除手术的相应策略,可以显著改善可切除HCC患者的预后。现就MVI在HCC外科治疗决策中应用的最新研究进展作一综述,以明确MVI对可切除HCC外科手术方式和肝切除手术精准优选的作用,以及对降低HCC根治性治疗后复发和改善可切除HCC患者预后的价值。Microvascular invasion(MVI)is one of the most important predictors of postoperative recurrence risk and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is an important reference for evaluating the risk of postoperative recurrence of HCC and guiding treatment decisions.By optimizing the radical surgical approach of MVI-positive HCC and the corresponding strategy of hepatectomy,the prognosis of resectable HCC patients can be significantly improved.Here is to make a review of the latest progress on the application of MVI in the decision-making of surgical treatment of HCC,in order to clarify the role of MVI in the precise optimization of surgical methods and hepatectomy for resectable HCC,and its value in reducing the recurrence of HCC after radical treatment and improving the prognosis of patients with resectable HCC.
