摘 要:目的探讨基于“翻转”教学模式在针刀临床示教中的应用效果。方法分别采用传统教学(对照组)和翻转教学模式(试验组)对61名医学生及进修针刀医师开展教学培训。对照组30名,试验组31名,通过问卷调查、理论及操作进行考核评价。结果试验组理论成绩及操作成绩明显高于对照组,2组理论成绩比较,P=0.002,2组操作成绩比较,P=0.006,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组问卷调查结果也显示试验组高于对照组。结论针对目前针刀医学教育的培养目标、教学方法,阐明了“翻转”教学模式引入针刀教学中的优势和必要性,明确此教学法有利于提升学生及进修生学习针刀的兴趣,同时规范针刀手法、定位,统一规范针刀操作与治疗,进一步深化知识内涵,开拓思维,提高临证能力,培养针刀临床高素质专业人才,为针刀医学教育发展发挥积极的作用。Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom teaching model in clinical instruction of acupotomology.Methods The traditional teaching(control group)and flipped teaching(experimental group)were used to train 61 clinical acupotomology practitioners.30 cases in the control group and 31 cases in the experimental group were assessed by questionnaire,theory and operation.Results The theoretical and operational performance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the theoretical performance of the two groups was P=0.002,the operational performance of the two groups was P=0.006,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of questionnaire survey of the two groups also showed that the experimental group was higher than the control group.Conclusion In view of the current training objectives and teaching methods of acupotomology education,this paper expounds the advantages and necessity of introducing the flipped teaching mode into acupotomology teaching,and makes it clear that this teaching method is conducive to enhancing students’interest in learning acupotomology,standardizing Acupotomology,positioning,standardizing the operation and treatment of acupotomology,deepening knowledge connotation,developing thinking and improving clinical ability,To train clinical high-quality professionals of acupotomology and play a positive role in promoting the development of acupotomology education.
