摘  要:肺部感染病原体的诊断是临床棘手的问题,现有诊断方式仍有欠缺。呼气分析通过检测人体呼出气体中成分的变化,进而寻找其特征性生物标志物,为临床诊断提供辅助信息,因其具有快捷、无创、取样简便等优点,在肺部疾病中的应用受到广泛关注。尤其随着强大的高分辨率质谱法、多维分离技术及代谢组学等不断发展,使其在疾病的早期诊断与筛查过程中具有较大潜力。该文通过介绍呼出气收集、检测及在肺部疾病诊断中的应用等内容,总结近年来呼气分析在肺部感染领域的相关研究,对国内外呼吸分析诊断技术的应用做一综述。The pathogens diagnosis of pulmonary infection is a difficult clinic problem,and the current diagnostic methods are still deficient.Breath analysis,by detecting the changes of the components in human exhaled gas,and then looking for its characteristic biomarkers to provide auxiliary information for clinical diagnosis,because it has the advantages of quick,non-invasive,simple sampling and so on,its application in pulmonary diseases has been widely concerned.Especially with the continuous development of powerful high-resolution mass spectrometry,multi-dimensional separation technology and metabolomics,it has great potential in the process of early diagnosis and screening of diseases.By introducing the methods of breath collection,detection and its application in the diagnosis of pulmonary diseases,this paper summarizes the related research of breath analysis in the field of pulmonary infection in recent years,the development and application of breath analysis and diagnosis technology at home and abroad are reviewed.
