摘　　要：食品质量检测技术作为食品质量与安全专业的重要核心课程,在培养学生的职业道德规范,实现知识传授、能力培养与价值引领的有机统一等方面发挥着重要作用。本文通过课程思政元素分析、课程教学整体设计、课程实践及反思等方面对食品质量检测技术课程思政建设过程形成的“三段式六结合一体化”模式进行论述,旨在提升学生专业技能的同时,培养学生良好的职业素养和道德水平。该课程建设的探索及实践对同类课程有很好的借鉴意义。As an important core course of food quality and safety,food quality detection technology plays an important role in cultivating students’professional ethics and realizing the organic unity of knowledge transfer,ability training and value guidance.This paper discusses the“three-stage and six combination integration”mode formed in the process of Ideological and political construction of food quality testing technology course through the analysis of Ideological and political elements of the course,the overall design of the course teaching,the course practice and reflection,aiming at improving students’professional skills and cultivating students’good professional quality and moral level.The exploration and practice of this course construction have a good reference for similar courses.
