肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合正肝方对原发性肝癌患者肝功能指标、肿瘤标志物的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)联合正肝方对原发性肝癌患者肝功能指标、肿瘤标志物的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年3月我院收治的68例原发性肝癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为两组,各34例。对照组患者采用TACE术治疗,观察组患者采用TACE术并加服正肝方汤剂。观察对比两组患者肝功能指标和肿瘤标志物。采用流式细胞仪检测两组患者的免疫功能,比较两组患者治疗前后的生活质量评分、中医证候积分。结果:两组患者治疗后ALT、AST、TBil水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组下降幅度更大(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均显著上升,且观察组患者的水平均显著高于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后CD8^(+)水平均显著下降,且观察组患者的CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的中医证候积分比治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),KPS评分显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:TACE术联合正肝方治疗原发性肝癌的疗效显著,且能显著改善患者肝功能,降低肿瘤标志物水平,提高患者免疫功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of hepatic artery chemotherapy embolization (TACE) combined with positive liver prescription on liver function indicators and tumor markers in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods:A total of 68 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 was selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into two groups,34 cases each according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with TACE,and the pa-tients in the observation group were treated with TACE and added positive liver decoction.Observe and compare liver function indicators and tumor markers of the two groups of patients.The flow cytometer was used to detect the immune function of the two groups of patients,and the quality of life score and the TCM syndrome score of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treat-ment,the average ALT,AST,and TBil water of the two groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment (P<0.05),and the decline of the observation group is greater (P<0.05).After the treatment,the average water of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)of the two groups of pa-tients increased significantly,and the average water of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).After the treatment of the two groups of patients,the av-erage CD8^(+)water decreased significantly,and the level of CD8^(+)of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group.Compared between the groups,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05),KPS score increased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion:TACE combined with positive liver prescription has a significant effect in the treatment of primary liver cancer,and
