摘　　要：随着资源有限性与服务需求快速增长且多样化之间的矛盾愈发凸显,公平问题成为社区居家养老服务可持续发展亟需攻克的重点课题。文章基于微观视角将社区居家养老服务公平性分解为分配公平、程序公平、人际公平和信息公平。研究发现,社区居家养老服务公平性有待提升,政策宣传度、健康状况、服务利用水平、生活满意度、亲友尊重度显著影响服务分配、程序、人际、信息公平,研究揭示了信息及时传递、需求精准定位、利用行为增加、供给能力适应生活水平、敬老孝老社会环境营造对提升服务公平性的积极作用。基于此,文章从提高服务规模化、精准化、精细化、规范化水平等方面提出了提升社区居家养老服务公平性的具体路径。As the contradiction between the limited resources and the rapid growth and diversification of service demand becomes more and more prominent, fairness has become a key issue that needs to be tackled urgently for the sustainable development of community home care services. This article deconstructs the fairness of community home care services into distribution fairness, procedural fairness, interpersonal fairness and information fairness based on the microscopic perspective. The study finds that the fairness of community home care services needs to be improved. Policy publicity, health status, service utilization level, life satisfaction, and respect for relatives and friends significantly affect the distribution fairness, procedural fairness, interpersonal fairness, and information fairness of community home care services. It reveals the positive effects of timely delivery of information, precise positioning of demand, increased use of behavior, supply capacity to adapt to the standard of living, and the creation of a social environment for respecting and filial piety for the elderly in improving the fairness of community home care services. Based on this, a specific path to improved fairness of the community home care services process is proposed for improving the scale, precision, refinement, and standardization of services.
