毫针浅刺联合甲钴胺穴位注射治疗贝尔面瘫急性期临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察毫针浅刺联合甲钴胺穴位注射对贝尔面瘫急性期患者的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法60例贝尔面瘫急性期患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30例,对照组予地塞米松联合甲钴胺穴位注射翳风穴,观察组在对照组基础上予以毫针浅刺。观察两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗前改良Portman评分、静态下及随肌运动下面部对称性评分和H-B评分比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。两组治疗后改良Portman评分、静态下及随肌运动下面部对称性评分均较治疗前好转,且观察组均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗1周后、治疗2周后H-B评分均较治疗前下降(均P<0.05),且观察组治疗1周、2周后H-B评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组总有效率93.33%高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论毫针浅刺联合甲钴胺穴位注射能有效促进贝尔面瘫急性期患者面神经功能恢复,改善面肌运动功能,促进面瘫恢复,提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of filiform needle shallow needling combined with mecobalamine acupoint injection on patients with Bell's facial paralysis at acute stage.Methods:A total of 60 patients were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given dexamethasone combined with mecobalamin to inject at the Yifeng acupoint,and the observation group was given filiform needle shallow needling on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed.Results:1)After treatment,the improved Portman score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);2)after treatment,the score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);3)the H-B scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05);4)the total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shallow needling with filiform needle combined with mecobalamin acupoint injection can effectively promote the recovery of facial nerve function,improve facial muscle motor function,promote the recovery of facial paralysis and improve the clinical efficacy.
