探讨医护技协同下中医院诊疗重症医学病房获得性衰弱特色之路

摘　　要：通过搜索中英文数据库,寻找中西医治疗重症医学病房获得性衰弱(ICU-AW)的方法,根据目前已有的相关研究,探讨如何优化资源,发挥中医院治疗ICU-AW的特色。目前中医院可在常规治疗基础上予中药汤剂、针刺、艾灸、推拿、中药热敷、肌肉神经电刺激等针对获得性衰弱的治疗方法,在众多治疗手段中,医护技三者需分工合作,各司其职,共同防治ICU-AW。Through the search of the current Chinese and English databases,the authors strive to find the treatment methods of traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of intensive care unit acquired weakness(ICU-AW),and to explore how to optimize resources and give full play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in the treatment of ICU-AW based on relevant existing research.At present,on the basis of conventional treatment,Chinese medicine hospitals can give Chinese medicine decoction,acupuncture,moxibustion,tuina,Chinese medicine hot compress,muscle nerve stimulation and other treatments for ICU-AW.Among the many treatment methods,doctors,nurses and therapists need to work together and perform their respective duties to jointly prevent and treat ICU-AW.
