“海丝”先行区建设背景下的高职院校国际化人才培养探讨

摘　　要：泉州“海丝”先行区建设对区域内高职院校国际化人才培养提出新需求,高职院校国际化人才培养存在与海丝先行区建设需求不相适应的问题。从构建区域高职教育协同发展格局、打造国际化人才培养高地、建设国际化技术技能人才培养平台三个方面提出泉州高职院校国际化人才培养改革创新路径的对策建议。The construction of the pilot zone of the Marine Silk Road in Quanzhou,Fujian province,requires quality international talents,which remains a challenge to higher vocational colleges.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the reform and innovation of cultivating talents in Quanzhou higher vocational colleges from three aspects,such as building a coordinated development pattern of regional higher vocational education,a highland of internationalized talents cultivation,and a platform of training technical talents.
