曲昔匹特+泮托拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡及消化道评分与Hp清除率的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究曲昔匹特+泮托拉唑对十二指肠溃疡的影响。方法 方便选取2019年2月—2022年2月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的85例十二指肠溃疡患者,随机分为两组,研究组43例,参照组42例。研究组采取曲昔匹特+泮托拉唑治疗,参照组采取泮托拉唑治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、出血状况、再出血率、不良反应情况等。结果 研究组治疗有效率为95.35%,明显高于参照组的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.432,P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为6.98%,低于参照组的26.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.701,P<0.05);研究组Hp清除率96.35%高于参照组、再出血率4.65%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.609,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组炎症因子水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相比于单一的泮托拉唑治疗,采取曲昔匹特+泮托拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡可以显著提升治疗有效率,降低不良反应发生率,改善出血状况。Objective To study the effect of troxipide+pantoprazole on duodenal ulcer.Methods 85 patients with duodenal ulcer admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University From February 2019 to February 2022 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups,43 in the study group and 42 in the reference group.The study group was treated with troxipide+pantoprazole,while the reference group was treated with pantoprazole.The therapeutic effect,bleeding status,rebleeding rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of 95.35%in the study group was significantly higher than 76.19%in the refer⁃ence group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.432,P<0.05).The adverse reactions rate in the study group were 6.98%lower than that in the reference group(26.19%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.701,P<0.05).The Hp clearance rate of the study group was 96.35%higher than that of the reference group,and the rebleeding rate of 4.65%was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.609,P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammation factor level of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with pantoprazole alone,troxip⁃ide+pantoprazole in the treatment of duodenal ulcer can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,in addition,re⁃duce the occurrence of adverse reactions,improve bleeding status.
