摘 要:新生代乡村教师乡土文化自信缺失带来乡土文化主体空心、教师自身发展困难、乡村教育发展滞后等多重现实危机。培育新生代乡村教师的乡土文化自信需厘清其乡土文化自信形成的条件,通过“创新乡土文化内涵,唤醒新生代乡村教师的乡土文化认同;重塑乡土文化空间,推进新生代乡村教师的乡土文化实践;提升乡土文化素养,激发新生代乡村教师的乡土文化自觉”三条路径,培育新生代乡村教师的乡土文化自信。The lack of confidence in the local culture of the new generation of rural teachers has brought multiple realistic crises,such as the hollow subject of the local culture,the difficulties in the development of teachers,and the lagging development of rural education. To rebuild the confidence of the new generation of rural teachers in local culture,it is necessary to clarify the conditions for the reconstruction of their confidence in local culture,to reshape the space of local culture and promote the practice of local culture of the new generation of rural teachers,and to improve the local cultural quality and stimulate the local cultural consciousness of the new generation of rural teachers.
