0.05%环孢素滴眼液治疗中重度干眼症的临床治疗效果与安全性评价

摘　　要：目的考察0.05%环孢素滴眼液治疗中重度干眼症的临床治疗效果与安全性评价。方法选取2021年2月~2021年11月于常州市第三人民医院诊治的中重度干眼患者60例,根据干预方法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组单独给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液,观察组给予0.05%环孢素滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液。分别于治疗前后评估两组泪液分泌试验(Schirmer I test,SIt)和泪膜破裂时间(break up time of tear film,BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(fluorescein staining,FL)评分和眼表疾病指数(ocular surface disease index,OSDI)评分及不良反应发生率。结果相比于治疗前,两组患者治疗后BUT和SIt均显著增加(P<0.05);相比于对照组,观察组治疗后BUT和SIt均显著增加(P<0.05)。相比于治疗前,两组患者治疗后FL评分和OSDI评分均显著降低(P<0.05);相比于对照组,观察组治疗后FL评分和OSDI评分均显著降低(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论0.05%环孢素滴眼液治疗中重度干眼症的临床效果较好,可有效改善患者临床症状,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of 0.05%cyclosporine eye drops in the treatment of moderate and severe dry eye.Methods 60 patients with moderate to severe dry eye diagnosed and treated in Changzhou Third People's Hospital from February 2021 to November 2021 were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The observation group was given 0.05%cyclosporine eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.Compared with the BUT,SIt,FL and OSDI before and after treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The BUT and SIt in the two groups were significantly increased after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the BUT and SIt in the observation group were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).The FL scores and OSDI scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the FL scores and OSDI scores of the observation group were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of 0.05%cyclosporine eye drops in the treatment of moderate and severe dry eye is good,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with high safety.
