摘　　要：目的:基于成人学习理论构建一套糖尿病专科护士临床实践核心知识体系,以期为规范化培训提供参考依据。方法:在文献回顾和小组讨论的基础上,采用Delphi法对16位专家进行两轮函询。结果:两轮函询专家的权威系数分别为0.938,0.950;两轮函询后一、二、三级指标的协调系数分别为0.52,0.46,0.33,变异系数为0.00~0.20;构建了一套包括6项一级指标,25项二级指标,73项三级指标的糖尿病专科护士临床实践核心知识体系。结论:基于成人学习理论用Delphi法构建的糖尿病专科护士临床实践核心体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性,为糖尿病专科护士的培养提供了科学依据。Objective:To establish a set of core knowledge system of clinical practice of diabetes specialist nurse based on adult learning theory,so as to provide reference for the standardized training.Methods:Based on literature review and group discussion,two rounds of correspondence were conducted with 16 experts by Delphi method.Results:The authority coefficients of the two rounds of correspondence consultation were 0.938 and 0.950 respectively.After two rounds of correspondence consultation,the coordination coefficients of primary,secondary and tertiary indexes were 0.52,0.46 and 0.33,respectively,and the coefficient of variation was 0.00~0.20.A set of core knowledge system of clinical practice of diabetes specialist nurse,including 6 first-level indicators,25 second-level indicators and 73 third-level indicators,was constructed.Conclusion:The core knowledge system of clinical practice of diabetes specialist nurse based on adult learning theory constructed by Delphi method is scientific and reliable,which provides a scientific basis for the training of diabetes specialist nurses.
