咬合调整对牙周炎正畸治疗患者牙周状况的影响

摘　　要：目的研究牙周炎正畸治疗患者行咬合调整的效果。方法选取菏泽医学专科学校附属医院2020年3月—2021年12月收治的80例牙周炎正畸治疗患者为研究对象,采用随机取样法分为参考组(未行咬合调整,n=40)和调整组(咬合调整操作,n=40),比较两组疗效。结果治疗前,两组牙周状况、炎症因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与参考组比较,调整组PLI、PPD、PAL、GI、IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β值更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);调整组满意率(97.50%)高于参考组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P=0.034)。结论咬合调整用于牙周炎正畸治疗中可改善牙周状况、减轻炎症程度,提高患者满意度。Objective To study the effect of occlusal adjustment in orthodontic treatment of periodontitis.Methods 80 patients with periodontitis who were treated by orthodontic treatment in the Heze Medical College Affiliated Hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were randomly divided into the refer⁃ence group(no occlusal adjustment,n=40)and the adjustment group(occlusal adjustment,n=40).The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,the periodontal condition and inflammatory factor level of the two groups were compared,and the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,PLI,PPD,PAL,GI,IL-6,TNF-αand TGF-βvalues in the adjustment group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of adjustment group(97.50%)was higher than that of reference group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P=0.034).Conclu⁃sion Occlusal adjustment in orthodontic treatment of periodontitis can improve the periodontal condition,reduce the degree of inflammation,improve patient satisfaction,and is worthy of praise.
