摘  要:当前,高职院校一些专业英语教学偏离了教学目标和课程定位,专业英语教材内容理论性知识偏多且偏难,同时专业英语只有学生用书,课后配套的练习题和教辅鲜有见到。究其原因主要是:专业英语课时安排不足,学校对授课教师资质重视程度不够,专业英语教材建设的目标定位不准。为此,文章从实现语言的表达与沟通作用,缩小专业英语和公共英语难易差距,课堂教学采用“互动式”教学方法,“三维一体”教学模式贯穿整个教学过程四个方面提出了专业英语教学改进策略,旨在更好地促进专业英语教学工作,为学生的专业和职业发展提供支撑。At present,some professional English teachers in higher vocational colleges have deviated from the teaching objectives and course orientation.The theoretical knowledge of professional English textbooks is too much and too difficult.At the same time,there are only students'books for professional English,and the supporting exercises and teaching AIDS after class are rarely seen.The main reasons are as following:the arrangement of professional English class hours is insufficient,schools do not pay enough attention to the qualifications of teachers,and the goal orientation of professional English textbook construction is inaccurate.To this end,the paper puts forward the improvement strategies of professional English teaching from four aspects:realizing the role of language expression and communication,narrowing the difficulty gap between professional English and public English,adopting the"interactive"teaching method in classroom teaching and the"three-dimensional"teaching model throughout the whole teaching process.The aim is to better promote professional English teaching and provide support for students'professional and career development.
