摘　　要：在我国经济快速发展的同时,国家政府也关注到农村地区的经济发展,提出了关于农村经济相关的扶持政策。如今,越来越多高校毕业的大学生群体会选择返回自己的家乡农村进行创业,返乡创业是近几年讨论的一个热点话题,大学生通过返乡创业的方式解决自我的就业问题。在返乡创业的过程中,提高人才资源的综合利用率,提升大学生的创业创新能力,这是返乡创业机制需要解决的一个重要问题。本篇文章主要论述大学生返回农村地区进行创业主要面临的问题,讨论适合大学生返乡创业的发展机制。With the rapid development of China's economy,the national government also pays close attention to the economic development of the rural areas,and puts forward the relevant supporting policies on the rural economy.Nowadays,more and more college students who graduate from college and universities will choose to return to their hometown and countryside to start their own businesses.Returning home to start a business is a hot topic discussed in recent years.College students can solve their own employment problems by returning to their hometown to start their own businesses.In the process of returning home to start a business,improving the comprehensive utilization rate of human resources and improving the entrepreneurship and innovation ability of college students is an important problem to be solved by the returning home entrepreneurship mechanism.This article mainly discusses the main problems faced by college students returning to rural areas to start their own businesses,and discusses the development mechanism suitable for college students to start their own businesses.
