饮用咖啡与AD脑脊液生物标志物的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨饮用咖啡与阿尔茨海默病(AD)脑脊液(CSF)生物标志物之间的关系。方法从中国老年痴呆症的生物标志物和生活方式研究(CABLE)数据库中,选取1035名年龄为40~90岁的研究对象,对其咖啡饮用情况与AD CSF生物标志物关系进行多元线性回归分析,再按照性别及年龄进行亚组分析。结果在总人群中,饮用咖啡与AD CSF生物标志物水平无显著相关性(P>0.05)。亚组分析显示,年龄≤65岁的人群中,饮用咖啡与CSF淀粉样蛋白-β42(Aβ42)水平存在正相关性(β=1.044E-03,P<0.001),而与CSF磷酸化tau蛋白(p-tau)/Aβ42值存在负相关性(β=-2.055E-03,P<0.05);男性人群中,饮用咖啡与CSF Aβ42水平也存在相关性(β=7.170E-04,P<0.05)。结论对于年龄≤65岁的中年人群和男性人群来说,饮用咖啡这一生活习惯可能是罹患AD的一种保护因素。Objective To investigate the association of coffee consumption with the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)biomarkers of Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods A total of 1035 individuals,aged 40-90 years,were selected as subjects from Chinese Alzheimer’s Biomarker and Lifestyle database,and a multiple linear regression analysis was performed to investigate the association of coffee consumption with the CSF biomarkers of AD.A subgroup analysis was performed based on sex and age.Results In the total population,there was no significant association between coffee consumption and the CSF biomarkers of AD(P>0.05).The subgroup analysis showed that in the population aged≤65 years,coffee consumption was positively correlated with the level ofβ-amyloid 42(Aβ42)in CSF(β=1.044E-03,P<0.001),and it was negatively correlated with p-tau/Aβ42 ratio in CSF(β=-2.055E-03,P<0.05).In the male population,coffee consumption was also positively correlated with the level of Aβ42 in CSF(β=7.170E-04,P<0.05).Conclusion Coffee consumption might be a protective factor against AD in the population aged≤65 years and the male population.
