摘　　要：目的探讨Framingham卒中量表(FSRP)评分与颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄(ICAS)发生风险的相关性。方法选取2014年1月—2018年6月于青岛市市立医院神经内科就诊的研究对象2120例,采用华法林-阿司匹林治疗症状性颅内动脉狭窄的随机对照研究(WASID)方法测定ICAS程度,根据是否存在ICAS分为ICAS组543例和非狭窄组1577例。采用多因素Logistic回归分析FSRP评分以及FSRP各因素与ICAS的相关性。结果总人群中FSRP评分与ICAS发生显著相关(OR=1.07,95%CI=1.05~1.09,P<0.001)。FSRP中的年龄(OR=1.17,95%CI=1.10~1.25,P<0.001)、收缩压(OR=1.11,95%CI=1.07~1.17,P<0.001)、糖尿病(OR=1.52,95%CI=1.23~1.88,P<0.001)和左心室肥厚(OR=1.86,95%CI=1.18~2.91,P=0.007)是ICAS的独立危险因素。结论FSRP评分与ICAS显著相关,评分升高可提示ICAS的高发病风险。Objective To investigate the association between Framingham Stroke Risk Profile(FSRP)and the risk of intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis(ICAS).Methods A total of 2120 individuals who attended Department of Neurology,Qingdao Municipal Hospital,from January 2014 to June 2018 were enrolled,and the severity of ICAS was measured by the method based on the Warfarin-Aspirin Symptomatic Intracranial Disease study.According to the presence or absence of ICAS,the individuals were divided into ICAS group with 543 individuals and non-stenosis group with 1577 individuals.A multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the association of FSRP and its components with ICAS.Results In the overall population,FSRP score was significantly associated with the onset of ICAS(OR=1.07,95%CI=1.05-1.09,P<0.001).Among the factors in FSRP,age(OR=1.17,95%CI=1.10-1.25,P<0.001),systolic blood pressure(OR=1.11,95%CI=1.07-1.17,P<0.001),diabetes(OR=1.52,95%CI=1.23-1.88,P<0.001),and left ventricular hypertrophy(OR=1.86,95%CI=1.18-2.91,P=0.007)were independent risk factors for ICAS.Conclusion FSRP is significantly associated with ICAS,and an elevated FSRP score may indicate a high risk of ICAS.
