基于古今文献分析梨膏临床应用特点

摘　　要：目的基于古今文献分析,总结梨膏古今应用特点,探讨梨膏在食养食疗领域的发展方向。方法通过检索第5版《中华医典》获取中医古籍中的梨膏应用记录,并通过北京中医药大学图书馆资源进行校对与补充。计算机检索中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普(VIP)中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),整理梨膏现代研究并总结其药理作用。结果《中华医典》检索所得条目总计42条,涉及古籍27本,梨膏名称明确者9种,包括梨膏、雪梨膏、水梨膏、楂梨膏、梨藕汁膏、润肺雪梨膏、玄霜雪梨膏、胡氏保肺雪梨膏、姜汁雪梨百花膏。其中,梨汁、蜜、糖、萝卜汁、藕汁、姜汁等是最常见的组成成分。梨膏多有清热润肺,养阴益胃之功,病位多在肺。共纳入梨膏现代药理研究11篇,结果显示,梨膏具有镇咳平喘、化痰,抗炎,解热,抗氧化,增强免疫,抗疲劳,抗肿瘤,抗应激,抗寒,肝肾防护作用,降血糖,抑菌等功效。结论梨膏疗效确切,其应用除中医临床及食养食疗领域外,也有待其它领域的深度开发。Objective Based on the analysis of ancient and modern literature,we explored and excavated the application characteristics of pear syrup in ancient and modern times,and discussed its development direction in the field of diet therapy.Methods The 5th edition of"Encyclopaedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine"was used to screen out the literature of pear syrup in ancient texts and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine library was used to proofread and supplement.CNKI,WanFang,VIP,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)were retrieved by computers to screen out the literature of modern literature and then pharmacological action was summarized.Results In"Encyclopaedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine",totally 42 items,including 27 ancient books and 9 types of pear syrup which were Li Gao,Xueli Gao,Shuili Gap,Zhali Gao,Liou Zhigao,Runfei Xueli Gao,Xuanshuang Xueli Gao,Hushi Baofei Xueli Gao and Jiangzhi Xueli Baihua Gao,were enrolled.And the pear juice,honey,sugar,radish juice,lotus root juice and ginger juice were the most common components.It indicated that pear syrup could clear away heat and moisten lung,nourish Yin and benefit stomach,eligible 11 modern literatures were enrolled.It suggested that the pharmacological effects of calming cough asthma,expelling phlegm,anti-inflammatory,antipyretic,antioxidant,immune enhancement,anti-fatigue,anti-tumor,anti-stress,anti-cold,liver and kidney protection Function,lowering blood sugar,antibacterial were belong to pear syrup.Conclusion Our findings confirm that pear syrup has a definite curative effect.Its application needs further development in other fields besides clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine and the field of food and nourishment therapy.
