摘 要:以10个荸荠品种为材料,采用石蜡切片法研究荸荠叶状茎显微结构与品种间差异及其与荸荠抗倒能力的关系。结果显示,荸荠叶状茎横切面为圆形或是近圆形,由表皮、同化组织、维管束和气腔组成;表皮厚度在11.699~14.691μm之间,以大红袍的最薄,桂蹄3号次之,桂蹄2号最厚;角质层厚度为1.386~2.133μm,以贺州芳林最薄,桂蹄2号最厚;同化组织栅栏状排列,向内是维管束,其数量在46~56个。抗倒伏品种桂蹄3号、桂蹄2号、桂蹄4号等的维管束宽度与长度均大于易倒伏品种,其维管束鞘细胞厚度较厚,细胞排列紧密,其中桂蹄3号综合表现最佳,而易倒伏品种的维管束鞘较薄。荸荠叶状茎解剖结构的差异可以用于评价不同品种的抗倒伏性强弱,可为抗倒伏荸荠品种选育提供筛选依据。10 varieties of water chestnut were used as experimental materials.The microstructure of leaf stem and the difference among varieties of water chestnut were investigated and analyzed through the paraffin method.The results showed that the cross section of the leaf stem of water chestnut was round or nearly round,which was composed of epidermis,assimilating tissue,vascular bundle and air cavity.The thickness of skin is between 11.699-14.691μm,with Dahongpao being the thinnest,followed by Guiti No.3,and Guiti No.2 being the thickest.The thickness of cuticle was 1.386-2.133μm,with the thinnest Hezhoufanglin and the thickest Guiti No.2.Assimilating tissues were arranged in a palisade shape,and inwards were vascular bundles,with a number of 46-56.The width and length of vascular bundle of lodging tolerant varieties Guiti No.3,Guiti No.2,Guiti No.4 were larger than those of lodging varieties,and the thickness of vascular bundle sheath cells was thicker and the cells were arranged closely,and Guiti No.3 showed the best comprehensive performance.The vascular bundle sheath of lodging tolerant varieties was thin.The differences of anatomical structure of leaf stem of water chestnut could be used to evaluate the lodging tolerance among varieties.
